Next year Jan I'm off to the Kgalagadi as part of my western and central Namibian trip and the last time I was in KTP I wasent great with birding at all (6 years ago) and thus I didnt take note of any birds really.

Where would one get decent birding done? I'm traveling from Twee Riverien up to Kalahari Tented Camp and out the border by Mata Mata. I should be spendin about 3-4 days here.

everywhere there are beautiful birds in Kgalagadi :wink:
you have to drive slowly :wink:
have a special look at the 13rd waterhole (for Waxbills)
all the big trees (well almost :lol: ) have raptors... even the tiny Pygmy Falcons :thumbs_up:

there is several sorts of Lark in/at the little point of view, just after Houmoed (at the arrival of the Leeuwdril trail... or someting like that, sorry don't remember exactly the name :redface: )
