It sure was anne-marie :) I have loads of pics with them exploring and playing around it. It's unfortunately not a win win situation! We LOVE to see the pics from the camera trap when we are sitting at home , but when in this situation , I wished it was not there! All my pics have this funny looking artificial object in them. As I say , we can't win all ways , that I do understand! They spent a good 30 mins entertaining us :):)

I can't believe how much they've grown! Thanks for the updated pic.

Saw them in Sep. The little ones were literally up to their knees in blood and guts from the springbok carcass they were eating and walking through. And they kept falling over - they were so full.

Leaving for KTP tomorrow, and will be very excited to see for myself how much they've grown.

Just a quick update.

Was up MM way for 8 days and saw Gertie and her cubs 4 times. Once making a kill, 2 other times on a kill and 1 other time just wandering around.

The cubs are so much bigger and doing well. They're chasing away the annoying jackals now, rather than mum having to keep them away.

I actually only saw Gertie waslking once in this time and she had a slight limp, but Anne-Marie said she was fine a few days later. Either way - it definitely doesn't impede her huntung abilities. She was awesome
