Thank you (again) Willie V & Jan van Wyk for posting those wonderful lion and cubs photos! You were indeed very lucky to be there at the time.
Thank you also for your comments lion queen; one with nature; kyknetta and Meandering Mouse to keep this a lively and informative thread!

I captured this leopard (Kruiper – one of Maja's second pair of twins), at the Samevloeiing waterhole on the 17th June 2009 at one pm. (In the middle of the day!)

Agree...superb sighting and image( wish I had one in my collection :think: )

The mother of the cubs was not very happy to see the other Lions on the other side of the waterhole...(right corner)

Thank you all for sharing your wonderful photos!!

We have been to KTP twice and have seen cats, but nothing like the ones in these photos.

Just makes me want to pack up now and set off again!
