I agree it does look like the back section of a civet :hmz:

Hi KG. Up to your tricks again. I think it is a serval. The photo looks like the animal's shoulder.

African Civet
The African civet is the largest representative of the African Viverridae. It is the sole member of its genus. African civets can be found from coast to coast across sub-Saharan Africa.
Scientific name: Civettictis civetta
