Fantastic!

Never doubted there were leopard in the park, as we saw spoor there on a Moonrock walk, but they are so seldom seen.

Goodmorning all.
The leopard sighting from Monday night is still fresh in my mind, and yes Picnic you told us so!

The following is the sightings from the 19/09
Spotted eagle owl
Red rock rabbit
Scrub hare
Klipspringer
Red hartebees
Gemsbok
Hartmann Zebra's

Last night starts of slow, and in the beginning we only saw scrub hare, to a stage where I start thinking will this be the first night that I will end up with only one sighting :( .
Then african wildcat on the far sight of fonteintjie followed by a small herd of springbok.A herd of gemsbok and a group of Hartmann Zebra's at Holombacht waterhole, and A herd of eland at the bridge.

On my way back spotted eagle owl in a dry river bed and red rock rabbit at the Black ridges.
A stripe polecat at Oranjekom area.

Morning all :)
We found scrub hare last night and giraffes close to Moonrock and when I shine the spotlight to my rightside it was spot on to a african wildcat sitting with it's back towards us.
A springbok lying alone further on and a aardwolf running in the road on the otherside of kukurasiep and dodges on to the side of the road. Hartmann zebra's at Oranjekom waterhole and red rock rabbit in the area of the Black Ridges.

On my way back klipspringers, and a aardwolf, running very near the one klipspringer, perhaps the same one as we again find it on the otherside of the road, only it's rear side visible to us.
I spotted a quick pair of eyes on the side of the road build up a little bit of speed and there it was, caracal walking away from us.
At the low water bridge we found genet hiding in a bush next to the road.

Morning all
We start off one's again with scrub hare and then klipspringers very close to the road, while watching them I saw the silhouette of giraffes on the upper side of Moonrock and my guests get into a hurry to saw them from closer, so we proceed with the drive.

Ok my guest was from Kuruman and at times they also let me laugh, so many questions which is good and then the feeling from my side that it is their first exposure to wild animals. The stars was really a hit based on their feedback afterwards.

Hartmann zebra's at Oranjekom waterhole and a gemsbok on the otherside of the Black Ridges.
And then a aardwolf, come running towards us and then turn back and took a different direction.
A spotted eagle owl flew over us and on my way back red rock rabbit in the area of the Black ridges and a springbok close to Kukurasiep dry river bed.

Morning all
Last night we have seen all antelopes in the Park exept for the dwarf antelopes like klipspringer and steenbok.

We one's again start of with scrub hare when we suddenly spot a giraffes neck behind a rock boulder with more of them to follow in the open. Also the silhouette of a spotted eagle owl which at a later stage flew off but we was lucky to find it again.
A springbok on the other side of Kukurasiep with porcupine following.

A young boy also put 3 more species on his list which he have saw in Augrabies.(red rock rabbit, springbok and hartmann zebra)

Hartmann zebra's and Red hartebees in Oranjekom area with red rock rabbit at the Black Ridges.
Gemsbok and a few Kudu's in the area of fonteintjie.

On my way back a herd of eland in Kukurasiep dry river bed and a genet at the end of the drive.
