I thought you will be staying until end of Nov so that we can say hi this time and not drive passed you.

Hello Son godin
You probably talked to 'the other Katja' (forum name: katydownunder), not me. ;)

Oops. Then there must have been two Katja's in KTP during November. The other Katja is still there until the end of the month.

 Confusing Son Godin.....
Unfortuinately we will miss each other by just one day.....
We are leaving Friday and if I am correct you arrive on the Satur
day....
We have not been as lucky as Katja with our Leopard sightings.
But there is a Cape Fox den 4.6 km south of the t-junction where
The lower dunes road meets the main road. Right side if coming from
The north. Roughly 2 km south of Kamqua PS is a Hyena den on the ridge. You can
Not see the den, bit we frequently saw Hyenas at Rooibrak and on the way to Kamqua.
Have a great time amd enjoy! The first rains arrived and there are newly born Springboks everywhere....

There is another Cape Fox den not far from the turn-off to Urikaruus. If you drive South from the turn-off, it's on the right side about half way between the left bend in the road and the river bed.

There was actually quite a lot of Cape Fox den beginning of November. Not sure whether they might have moved during the time???

There is a den just before Kamqua (400 meters) on the left hand side driving North. There is a sand heap on the right hand side of the road.

Another one Kilometer north of Batulama on the right hand side driving north.

One 4 kilometers south of Auchterlonie on the right hand side driving north.

One 200 meters before the south entrance of 13th borehole. Right hand driving north.

another 2 kilometers north of 13th on the right hand driving north.

Another with a very very naughty pup 800 meters north of Kamqua waterhole on the right hand driving north.
