Grading seems to have gone on all over the park,
but after the rains the roads will be in a state again.
Pretty washed out...

And the northern dune road was in a bad shape
already before the rain (driven on the 24th March).

This Post refer to the Terios.

The Daihatsu terios is a very good 4X4. Because of the low weight, short Wheelbase and reduction and Diff-Lock, makes it acutally to very good car. I Have read certain Test and all the Tester were positiv surprised about the ability in Sand, Mud, Snow and On Roads. even On-Roads the performance of the car was great. I really like to Post the Source, but indeed they are in German. Anyway I guess the Terios is one of the most underestimated Cars.

Just like to add

Best regards

I am interested in camping at Polentswa camp, I have a VW transporter van and will only be traveling north and south along the Nossob, do I need a 4x4 to get to Polentswa camp and back?

Under normal conditions, no. The only time it may be tricky is after rain when the riverbed clay becomes very slippery.
