This is Tsamma again - her right hind leg and body spots match. So she seems to have made Urikaruus her base for now, or at least for the days you were there in August.

WOW!! What an amazing few days you had at Urikaruus! I think there is a lesson here to just sit back and watch this water hole.

When and where did you see her?

Saw her twice ...on Monday 27th Aug and again on Monday 3rd Sept - both times just before I went off to do my KiP stint - first time around 9.30 and the second was about 10 or just after ... first Mon was at the tree at the "new" turnoff to Rooiputs ... 2nd time was about 200m south of Leeuwdrill ....







She is amazing - gorgeous and so relaxed around cars and people, thankfully - I had her dissapear in front of the Landy where she was sniffing something yummy on the bullbar , next thing I know I look out my window and she is literally 20 cm away from me, staring straight into my eyes - thats when I realised the window was wide open and I need to start the car to close it - and at that second Stefan decides to climb over my head to see the leopard - exciting times .....

Do by any chance have any pics from the first sighting on the 27th...or was it the same sighting that Jannie reported in the 'recent animals thread'?
