Another book I enjoyed reading:

Game for anything
Nikki Meyer
Osborne Porter Literary Services
ISBN: 978-1-920584-06-1
225 pages

"(...) Game for anything follows Nikki's adventures and misadventures as she got to grips with living amongst axe-wielding staff, fires, floods and wild animals, especially elephants; so many elephants ... The story starts in Botswana, and continues in the Kruger National Park (...)."

If you like the Kobie Kruger books I think you will like this book too.

Is this book written by the wife of aGerhard Meyer , ex KNP trails ranger & camp manager at Sirheni (circa 1993) who later became manager of a concession lodge in Kruger ?

Yes. The Kruger part in the book is about the time they worked at Sirheni and Pretoriuskop.

I have just finished reading this delightful little book and found it an easy but compelling read.
In fact I couldn't put it down and found myself caught up in her every day life, especially in Sirheni camp and then later in Pretoriuskop and through all their trials, tribulations, ups and downs.
Their love and dedication of the bush and all it encompasses comes shining through. :D

Well I stayed up to the early hours of the morning and finished this book.

The end was tinged with sadness.
But I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Does anyone know if the Meyers are still at Rhino Trails?
