Hi there all

I've just received my copy of " Kruger - A History" by Dr Salomon Joubert. The most interesting and amazing reading on Kruger I've ever read in 40 years of being a nature junky........highly recommended !!!
This book is living proof that Kruger is not just about seeing lions !
Happy reading !

Bought also "Where to find wildlife in Kruger park" from Nigel Dennis and Richard du Toit's "Essential Wildlife Photography".
I only can recommend these two.

Has this book been released yet?

The book translation has just been completed and submitted to the publisher. It will still need to be printed after that so you will still need to wait some months yet before it is on the shelves.

Hi all,

Just been flicking through ' the kruger-A supreme african wilderness' by Bruce Aitken, a book i have found in my dads possesions.

A coincidence as it was printed in 1988, twenty years ago, from the year i am to make my trip.

Its interesting to look at the images of the camps and maps and see what has changed...No biyamati, but the majority of the park looks unchanged...is this what makes it so special?
