Bought this book on our recent trip to Kruger and it is excellent and very informative.

Rael has a dgree in Environmental Management and Helene is an ornithologist.

The book explains in detail the mechanism of flight, the breeding game in birds, nests and nesting, eggs - why the difference in shape, size and colour and much more.

This is a wonderful reference book explaining bird behaviour and biology.

I really enjoyed this book and can't recommend it enough.
Out of interest Rael's father founded and still owns Sabi Sabi, so I'm sure he spent a lot of time there growing up.
