:yaya: I have a decent selection of wildlife DVD's but have a huge problem getting my hands on DVD's involving rhino, buffalo and cats(small & big) other than lions & leopard. Rhino are endangered so I can understand that it might give info away to poachers etc.
Is there anyone that could give me leads where to find any such goodies ?

Hi Bentley,

I have a Nat Geo rhino video, I think I bought it in about std 5 (hmmm... would have been 1988  ). It's ok, probably not much by today's standards though. I had a bit of a Google, and couldn't find it - but here's another with good reviews, so maybe it would suit your rhino purposes at least?

Bentley, I had a browse through the offerings at Kalahari and saw some that might interest you. I haven't seen them myself, but they looked worthwhile.

George and the Rhino is the charming real-life story of george Phiri, a game scout and tracker who has dedicated his life to protecting the endangered black rhinoceros in Africa. This film chronicles the story of George from his early childhood days through the successful relocation of his favorite rhino "Chimpanye" in Malawi.

There was also a Nat Geog one about cheetahs: Cheetahs - The Deadly Race

I also suggest that you browse through the "Recommended Reading" forum, which reviews DVDs as well as books. Happy Hunting!

Thanx Meg & Restio, going to give George & the rhino a try. I get my bit of knowledge through the films...the rhino looks better in the real time anyway.
