True yoda, but then the current lot DID win the title by 11 points.

Yup, I think MU will do well this season, but as the "Fergie effect" wears off over the coming seasons, they may struggle.

I was at Wembley on Friday night for the England WC qualifyer.

Hope you had a word with Welbeck afterwards and told him to keep some of his goals for United......

As much as I don't really want to, let's give Moyes a real chance.

United appear to be struggling......

At 4-0 I thought they were lucky to have 0 Rooies.

Outplayed, outthought, outmuscled, out everything.

Well IMHO yoda, tonight is his Last Chance Saloon with the fans who still support him.

He HAS to win, otherwise he will be open to more ridicule from those who say he can't win big games.

The 75000 home supporters at OT are used to winning and will turn on him - Ferguson's support or not.

He will not play a full strength side, as there are quite a few in the wings who need decent game time, like Lindegaard, Hernandez, Kagawa & Evans to name a few.

It might also be an opporunity for Zaha and Zanuzaj... Janu... the Polish lad.

BB,

Well your boys won last night.
Was it the A team or the B team that was on the pitch?

We won....eventually. On penalties. Was our Z team. Didn't recognise half the team!

If they won it MUST be the 'A' team. No Ferdinand, no Welbeck, no Young......

The opposition put out just about the best they could. Evans & co rode a bit of luck, but there was the desire which was lacking on Sunday.

Chicharito gave Moyes something to think about.

Your unknowns will benefit from the experience.

Heard on the radio from Dr Jannie du Plessis, before his 50th test on Saturday against the Wallabies. "Bizzie didn't mean to injure Carter, just hurt him".

Is his 'doctorate' in spin?
