Now I understand it, but saraf should have used a comma here and there. "The Who is on line on shows..." sounded like some or other mystery person like Tommy the Who is with us.

She should have put it like " The 'Who is on line' on, blah blah blah

(I will in any case drink what the doctor has ordered)
