I had this idea when reading about forum vegetarians.

I don't want it to be fingerpoking, but a light hearted look by and for those who can take it on the chin and keep smiling.

Why do vegetarians go to watch big and hairy carnivores eat bambi?

Why do we go there to get away and take most of it with us, like mobile phones, i-pods, i-pads, sattelite dishes?

Mine is that I love to view and eat kudu.

OK, I have probably annoyed a lot of you. Now it is your turn.

How is it that Park visitors can be 98 years old and still not be able to spell "anomalies"?

We are concerned about how our footprint in the park, affects the park, yet our bigger footprint in our everyday lives has more impact on the park and its demise.

We go there to be one with nature, yet make sure there is an electric fence keeping nature away from us.

We all want to spread the word about how nice being in nature and kruger is, yet complain about overcrowding.

Why do people go to enjoy nature but drive around with windows closed; aircon on and radio/CD playing? :hmz:

Why go on a wilderness camping holiday, but take a satellite dish and huge spotlights? :wall: (My biggest irk)

Why go to enjoy nature and the sounds, but go eat in a indoor restaurant?

Why do people who love Kruger keep domestic cats that kill birds, or have gardens full of exotic plants ? Why buy hardwood to braai without questioning where it was cut down ? Same applies to curios.

Why do some of us get upset when Mrs Lion kills a baba impie, but have no problem slapping him on our braai that night, or putting him in the potjie.
