I am going to try "WestCoaster" as the alias. Though I am not 100% sure.

There's a Lamberts Bay and Dasseneiland answer to the clues so lets see.

:D Yes, Carolcass you are correct. Well done

Alias

A lock that is more than 200 years old but think wooden - On the farm Wadrift, south of Lambert’s Bay on the West Coast a quaint historical wooden lock dating back more than 200 years can be seen. The lock is still used to lock a storeroom on the farm.

A creamery that was closed in the 1900’s - The Darling Museum shows the history of this West Coast town and the Darling creamery which was established in 1899. The creamery was closed in 1950.

Bottled fish paste in the 1900’s - In the 1930s the Redro fish paste factory was erected in Paternoster on the Cape West Coast.

Vasco da Gama in 1497 - Saint Helena Bay on the Cape West Coast is the location where Vasco da Gama, set foot in 1497.

Boots and bones protruding from the sand - In November 1991 contractors digging foundation trenches at Ganzekraal, Cape West Coast made a gruesome discovery - an unmarked grave containing two clothed human skeletons. So began a fascinating detective story, which brought to light the story of a forgotten West Coast wreck.

An important founding in 1985 - The founding of the West Coast National Park.

= WestCoaster which is the alias of the forum member

:gflower: Hello all GG'ers It's been a while but let's see if we can get a game in-between these power outages.

It should be a quick and easy one -

Alias

To go bush,
Depart without notice,
A right of passage for indigenous males of Australia.
