There is a good man at Pafuri
The one who looks after the lavatory
He always keeps it neat and clean
And there are towels of a pretty green
plus a nice little jar of pot-pourri

My car broke down out in the bush
normally I'd get out and push
But there in the road was a hungry lion
and I had no intention of die'n
So there I was stuck with a hungry lion in the bush

One fine day as I sat at Renosterkoppies
I sat there thinking about braaied choppies
And you folks I would never leave behind
Thank you so much you are so kind
Even kinder when pouring more doppies

If the early bird catches the worm
Are there any worms left to turn?
I think there'd be more
If birdies didn't give them what for
It's a lesson little birdies must learn

A naughty young monkey from Punda
Fell out the tree onto his rotunda
He said I'm so sore
But I'll not complain and be a bore
I'll report it to Dr Mabunda

A naughty young monkey from Punda
Whose relations came from downunder
took them down to the dam
And showed them the crocodile mam
but that was a terrible blunder

An old hippo patrolling the river
the sight of him makes the crocodile quiver
And the marabou flies off to the orpen webcam
but now it's just sitting there, as quiet as a clam.....
I hope it doesn't start to shiver.

There is a tusker around Letaba
he traveled all the way from LS to attend an indaba
He saw his pic in the hall
taking up half a wall
stretching from here all the way to Satara.

When it's raining and you're camping in the bush
I love it when everything is lush
But the thunder is scary
The lightning so glary
And the wind is a ghostly whoosh

A handsome young kudu bull
Ate and ate until he was full
He could see through his horns
All the juicy young thorns
So a few more he managed to snaffle

4 young crocodiles basking on a bank
Three were females, the other a guy called Frank
he went to Hollywood
As all crocs should
His head became so big that he sank.
