Good job they know we only jests

Jeanus is a safari guide,
She has knowledge, far and wide,
loves the creatures great and small,
nursing them back to health, should they take a fall
I'd like to travel by her side

The forum is a wonderful place,
It gives to our beloved SANParks a face,
A face that is full of smiles and joy
And many threads to learn from and enjoy,
to wander through, at ones own pace!

High up in the Marula tree,
sat a vervet and a bumble bee
they are not friends, that I can tell
'cause when the bee stung the vervet fell
And injured her knee

1. Sitting at a picnic table at Nkhulu
watching a huge elephant bulu
on his back he carried a mouse
behind his ear she built her house
and posted a sign said "Here lives Lulu"

2. Sitting at a picnic table at Nkhulu
we saw these vervets speaking Zulu
one naughty old guy, with a cunning, sly smile
and a pretty young maiden who's been listening for a while
The one was Gogo and the other Khulu.

One sunny day while walking across Storms River swing bridge
I could see something over a ridge
Now what is this something that I could see
sitting high up in the Yellow wood tree
Twas a baboon with his head in the fridge

On the way to Phalaborwa
I met a curio seller called Dora
She displayed the big 5 on the sidewalk
All the prices marked in chalk
but most people tried to ignore her

We're entering the Park at Malelane
On the way to see Mopani
with camera in hand and yellow ribbon tied,
driving and driving never getting tired
Kruger spirit is quite uncanny

We're entering the Park at Malelane
On the way to see Mopani
It's a very long drive
All the way to to see the kingfisher dive
Really want to show my granny

Pjw and Jenb rhyme so well
and with Dots around, all is swell!
All the 'mites have fun here
unless they're feeling really austere
preaching of fire, brimstone and hell

When the old, wise owl begins to hoot
While the bats snack on tasty fruit
Methinks about the sausage tree
And in that tree sits a cheeky monkey
japping at the leopard telling it to scoot!

I'm sitting at my desk, dreaming of a day in the bush
a bird sings, the phone rings and I land squarely on my tush
back to earth with a bump
like a giraffe tripping over a stump
and to get on with work I needed a push

Lucky people counting sleeps
While the rest of us, in envy weeps
And stamp our feet and scream and shout
Makes you feel like giving them a clout
And spiders give us all the creeps!

Do you perhaps have room for more?
