Sitting on the bench overlooking the waterhole next to the fence at Orpen Camp is good as wildlife is often seen 8) . Watching a family of Greater Cane Rats at Talamati Camp from the hide very early one morning was equally special  .

That's no-brainer. 8)

Back in 2007 (?) I think, DuQues and I arrived at the look-out at Olifant's Camp and there were a pride of lions in the riverbed. We were treated to watching them hunt impalas. Unsuccessfully, but gave us a spectacular front seat view of HOW it is done. I remember people actually cheering the lionesses on as it unfolded and then cheering as one of them missed the Impala which jumped right over her.

When we visited Kruger in July we saw plenty of primates whilst NOT being in our car. It was possible to observe their incredible intellect and tactical skills up close. We observed them mainly whilst at Tshokwane and Nkhulu Picnic Spots. They are some of the lesser shy animals in Kruger to observe whilst not being in the car, not so sure whether it are always exciting sightings though.
