Skukuza is the main camp in the Kruger National Park. Satara is further north.

Polecat is a colloquial term used to refer to some members of the Mustelidae family, (e.g.skunk), that can spray a foul smelling secretion from enlarged anal glands when threatened.

Some of us have not seen all of the sites that you are referring to.

On most of the sightings boards you can find: Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, Buffalo, Wild Dog, Cheetah & Hyaena. There are also sightings books where you can fill in your sightings, but they are rarely filled in. But are also very interesting to look at.

Trumpeter hornbills are similar to Silvery-cheeked hornbills but are smaller and with a reduced dark casque on top of the dark bill.

Like Nkulu, I also find it very interesting that there almost 254 known cultural heritage sites in the Kruger National Park, including nearly 130 recorded rock art sites. Specifically, evidence of San (Bushman) and Iron Age people from about 1,500 years ago and numerous examples of San Art are scattered throughout the park. Did you know that one of the San’s language groups are !Xóõ.

Sweet Gwen is able to put funny little things on the top of the O of Obelix, how do you do that? If I copy and paste only then do I get "Õbelix!"
