Stunning pictures and videos of all your lovely sightings katydownunder!

Pity that the Brown Hyena disappeared so quickly! Beautiful series of the Cape Foxes!

Poor Honey Badger - hope he recovers soon! :(

Love the Hyena with his mud bath! :D

Another Cape Fox den, and a stunning Lion at the waterhole! How lucky can one be!

you were really lucky, katy, cape foxes and honey badgers everywhere

We always stopped at the cape fox den near Uri but we never saw the fox :(

You are probably right about the thunderstorms. We are considering going in November next year. But you never know, this year it was raining just before we arrived at the end of September :hmz:

WoW Katy,

for sure this is also not quiet

In contrary an extreme wonderful sighting especially with such small cubs - I always cannot imagine that they will one day be as large as their mother

And the day is not yet over

Then we left the camp and drove south....
Some cars we parked in the road near Montrose....
And someone told us, that there was a Leopard in one of the caves on the ridge....
Indeed, we discovered him/ her too

Image

We switched off the engine and waited....
And ..... The Leopard left the cave and walked over to a different one...

Yay!
Matthew told us later that this was beautiful Miera 8)
