Not far from here we had another very special sighting - two beautiful little Klipspringers, my favourite bokkie!
We first spotted the little male - standing on a tree stump!

He was not comfortable with us so close and immediately jumped onto the rock behind. The little female also appeared

It was an almost vertical rockface and the ease with which they scaled it was absolutely amazing!

It has a really long walkway - hard to believe that during the floods the water reached the parking area and that the hide is still under water!

Unfortunately we could not spend a lot of time there but we did get to see a nice variety of game and birds
