Hey I forgot to tell you the next time your in Kruger and you only have a fan in the bungalow and its just rotating the hot wind take a bowl of ice and place it in front of the fan as the fan blows the ice it will feel like an aircon

I am busy with planning my TR and in reading your introduction on how you went about planning for your trip, it is as if we were in sync i.e. reading books of Game Rangers, doing research and following the mites experiences, etc.
We were also in Kruger from 13 to 29 Dec'12 travelling from the south to north and back - same as you have done and also met Vlakvarkvrou after chasing after us at Shingwedzi (as they noticed the YR on the car), Besides some difference in the camp locations and staying 2 night at each, I could follow your experience and echo your points 100%. What is also unique is that I was also looking for those allusive ones as you did, but you managed to get the one I always wanted - beautiful sable - thank you for sharing. Also drive the S36 the whole way, but we were rewarded with some other sigtings.
We enjoyed the photo's - thanks again for sharing.
After our visit in Kruger, we had to spend 2 days with friend in Pretoria...after returning to Cape Town.

Thanx for everybody that wrote a reply on my TR. It gives me pleasure to know that you enjoy the KAruger as much as I do. Thanx for the English speakers for the comforting words for the grammer. Ek is maar n plaas seun so weti of ek n goeie soutie sal maak nie . I would love to write another TR as soon as I get to do another trip. Glad to hear that others also do the research like I have done.
Yes Kaapsedraai we could almost have done the trip together? Did you write a report on your trip?
