Ja, that lookout point brings back many memories

.
Thanks for sharing

.
Thank you Barry.

Whenever I am at Nkumbe, I remember that post on one of these TR, of the pride of lions that walked past Nkumbe. Always have a good look, and also for the monkeys. Have never sat at those benches myself, but that is because I am usually alone.

Noel,
Love the sequence pics of brekkie birdie

...sorry you were not invited.
Sigh....scenery pics

...wish I was there.

Thanks Trrp-Trrrrr.

Always nice to watch the Roller and their antics. Pity about their selfishness

I would love to come for that dinner/meet with CV and Dungy, but I am simply unable to- Fridays I am otherwise occupied.
No problem Noel, I'm sure there will be more Gauteng Meets during the year on other days that might suite you better!
Lovely bird pictures! Love the Roller series with his breakfast! He'd better break it into pieces, it seems too big to swallow whole!
Your scenery pictures are out of this world! Simply beautiful!

Thank you Hilda

Will check out the Forum for the next Gauteng meet and then maybe???

Hi! And I am back. Had a great trip - thinking I should write a TR...

Once I get time to sort all the photos and things!
Lovely scenic shots - love the Sabie river, the road to Tshokwane, and the pic of the "bankie" with a view.

Thanks Bushbuddies

. Don't think about doing a trip report- DO IT

. Did you have a good time? Sounds like it. Glad you made it there and back Bushbuddies.
End note: I am surprised no has concluded that I have joined the ranks of John the Baptist, who famously ate locusts and wild honey. But I am on the right track-scientists and these people who study these things, tell us that in 20 years time insects will be the main source of protein-or at least supply 20% of the worlds protein needs. KNP will then have a disaster on its hands bigger than the Mopani Worms harvesting and teh Rhino problem
