Elands

I really wanted to see one or two Elands ... there were plenty in the park before I arrived, they was eaten by the Lions or/and went to Botswana :(

The first I found    buttocks

Image

the following have also fled before I arrived
in the small dune, before the fire ravaged everything

Image

These, near Mata Mata... same running away
but nice in the sand and on the edge

I had better luck at Eland waterhole, in the big dune, 2 Elands accompanied by some Oryx. One of them fled, the other came back again to me

And the last day ... 2 Elands in the slope, who don't leak ... they should know ... that I am going to leave in a few hours :(

Image without word

Image

the last day... a nice farewell

Léopards

At Lijersdraai a Hyena and a Jackal were busy on a carcass.
On the slope, on the right side a Leopard is waiting patiently for the space becomes available
The Hyena finally went off, passed behind the Leopard and.... she/he approached

An Oryx who was there had not seen and raced ... and the Leopard winced

Without any doubt ... this Leopard is Safran, the beautiful female I had seen few years earlier at Kannaguas
I was... :hmz: we had no news of this beautiful female who at the time was pregnant

Image

It seems to me that, again, she is pregnant. I hope I could hear from her soon, thanks to you Forumites, which will be in the park ...
The waterhole had to be a bit hectic these last time, two carcasses on the ground and a set of horns  (no Kudu horns  )
Wonderful view, wonderful cat
