Day 4 of 7 - Morning!

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow

Image
Bet your bottom dollar
That tomorrow
There'll be sun!

Image

Gooooood morning Krugerians! Image Image Image

The first sunrise of this Kruger trip!!!! The whole family was there to see it Image Over the last two days Wild Dogs have been sighted and reported here on the Paul Kruger road to Skuks! So we drove the long way around to Paul Kruger gate from Kruger Park Lodge to look for them! Instead of finding dogs, we were treated to a sunrise! Image

And some sleepy Image
Image

Although it was not much as far as lion sightings go, it was nice to know they around! And I assure you my ouma was well pleased with seeing them! "n' leeu is a leeu, is a leeu." (a lion is a lion, is a lion).
Image

We headed down the length of the H11 and took a turn on to Monkey Town (the H4-1) and saw the minks up the trees! Image
Image

Minki van der westhuizen was running her Monday morning beauty parlour! Image
Image

The impi warriors didn't have time for such unnecessary activities and were checking out who's the strongest impi on the block!!
Image

Yussss boet! Image
Image

As we got to the H12 Bandit Bridge, the marauders were hosting kinder garden! An absolute hit with my mom Image

Over the bridge and far away, the bandit babies come to play!
Image

My eyes!
Image

mommy!
Image

I'm totally independent!
Image

I'll fight you!!
Image

Best friends :)
Image

Mondays …
Image

Some bobby bandits like to sit on their stump faaaaar away from the nursery school! Image
Image

This thick shrubbery is ideal terrain for those with the long eyelashes! Searching for some grub in the shrubs! My dad loves these guys!
Image
The dense area is also great for bushbuck! Just difficult to get photos of them!
Image

As the grass became open again we spotted the stoned buck Image
Image

Followed by just checking up on Image Rockjumpertjies on the H1-1!
Image

All seems to be in order Image

Hey Bud just found this report and read the whole thing.
I remember that incessant rain in the South as I was also Krugerizing at the same time.
Maybe that golfer should rather use a weed eater by the look of her swing.
Smaak your Im to sexy and those Lido chicks dressed as zebbies.
As for ouma`s LIT just awesome.
Awaiting some more great :cam: please.

Just luvvly! I seem to be one of the few who enjoy watching baboons - maybe there's some connection with them from my previous life. Find their antics so fascinating, humorous and so human like. I find them very entertaining and interesting.
It was good to get the sun back ... 4 days rain was genoeg! ..... and, at last, the opening of the sand roads.

Love your humour ... although not too sure the real Minkie would be happy with you.

Waiting for some more TR.

My ouma is far from a stiffneck! A cold neck mostly

Thanks for offering, young chap, but by the time I am Ouma Daisy - you'll be a Oupa yourself! :slap: Then I will need a young lad with sparkling eyes to drive me around...

Who knows... maybe a stiffneck beanie and a stiffneck scarf around Ouma's cold neck will get her to start looking in the trees for birdies... :hmz:
