Wow what a wonderful start. Lions are never boring, but spotties just more exiting so I hope you had a dose of them as well.

Wonderful start to your KTP trip, with superb lions .
I can just imagine filling up the car with nothing for the occupants .

Our first time ever to see eland. But I'm sure the odd cow is going to be there still. And some of the bulls as well. Good luck to you and Duke!

I’m with you on not having seen eland in KTP before. But I go minus on eland in KNP



Yes, lions are boring when passed out… But honestly – I still love my lions. I just would have wished for a different cat (big or small – small as in caracal) at some point throughout my trip.
