Day 8 Last morning

We woke up at 5:30 this morning. The car was already packed and we ate a quick breakfast. We had to drive 8 hours to get to our next destination, and we wanted to leave Kruger before 8:00.

So we headed towards Orpen gate and it was real quiet. We had the most beautiful sunrise. The best one we had and that on our last morning. :clap:

And just as we were about to leave Kruger, just a few kilometers from the gate, we saw some cars parked. We had a farewell present. 2 Big lions, lying not even 5m from the road. Unfortunately they were behind bushes, but at least we got some evidence. :wink:

We left Kruger at 7:45 and had a wonderful visit to paradise this year. We were blessed with lots of great sightings.
