It is almost time.

I have started to assemble the sightings booklet.
The menu will be planned tonight.
The yellow and red ribbons will be taken out.
The fire engine has been serviced.
The camera batteries are being charged.
The tablet has been bought and the Sasol bird package downloaded.
I have played with it and know how to phish!
Gadgets and clothes are being packed.
Water bottles are being filled.
KG has been alerted.

All we need now is for my son and his wife to arrive from UK on Sunday.
Buy the food.
Pack the car.

Hey leopards, BB is coming!

Hey BB, your unbridled enthusiasm stirs such deep-rooted sentiments when getting ready for a special trip. Happy travels to big sky country, with many leopards for company!! Meanwhile, we'll just have to stay patient until Sept when we'll firstly spend a week in the fairest Cape before the Main Event, which is 7 long days and 7 long nights in Kruger. Leopards please too.........

Thanks Pawps

When you get to this fairest Cape, why don't we try to get the local forumites out for a meet. They are a homely lot, but we can try.

Thanks Carol q. You can bet we will be doing our utmost. My son has been to Kruger umpteen times without leopard success, but the big male LIT we had to ourselves at Samevloeiing, on his one and only trip to KTP will ensure it.

Duke. You bet!

Sounds good BB, would love to hear some of the tales from your trips first hand. Will definitely be in touch closer to our visit. Will send you some details. I'm sure we could indulge in some of Stellenbosch's finest.

I don't like you anymore

Please send some leopards to Map tell them I'll be there in Jun - Jul.

Can you believe it! The fire engine's battery is 'toast'. :wall:

Rather today than Sunday!

So glad the battery warned you before you were on your way BB! With a new battery, you know nothing else will go wrong.

I wish you lots and lots of wonderful sightings, including a Leopard drinking water right in front of you! Maybe the Pangolin will also cross your path! Have a wonderful time!

Need to make a plan how to get on your nerves when you arrive in the park. :hmz:
My only chance... After that we're up in Nossob.

Will try to find you. But no promises - might not happen when we are held up by a leopard. Maybe you should make an effort in pointing us out then.

Oh, and we're staying in KK that night.
