I looked and asked around a bit

Minors lettuce.

Its actually edible!

Hmm . . . I assume you mean Miner's Lettuce (Claytonia perfoliata), but that species is native to the western parts of north and central America (Canada, the US and Mexico).

I think this is something else, but I still haven't figured out what.

That is a Euphorbia sp. I will also try to find the species. The flowers are typical of those seen in this genus.
Please note that it is NOT edible but is in fact highly toxic and the milky latex sap can cause blindness if it gets into someone's eyes.
