 Post subject: Plant ID needed

I was fascinated by the plants that grew amongst the rock and grass at Golden Gate Highlands NP. Anyone able to help with ID please? And further info.

#2 I would say is Helichrysum aureum. (Everlasting Aureum Superbum)

#3 look like one of many white-flowered, cushion-forming Helichrysums in the Drakensberg and my best guess would be Helichrysum confertum. (Kooigoed)

I found this plant in my garden in windhoek.

It's one or another kind of everlasting -- somewhere near Helichrysum cerastioides. A colleague of mine has recently posted an interactive key to the southern African everlastings on www.lucidcentral.com -- by all means try it out.
