These are my latest 2 Leopards seen in Feb this year.

This one on the H11, Kruger Gate Road, near the S1 junction.

On the first of May 2013 we were on the H1-3 driving from Tshokwane to Satara. It must have been around 8.30 am when we found a remarkable leopard. The leopard was very interested in a Fiat Punto. Ehm.. Strange? Well, watch the movie and find out yourself.

What do you guys think? What caused the behaviour of the leopard? Was it just seeing its own reflection?

Leopards are inquisitive animals, especially young ones. Maybe the sun glinted on the mirror and it was investigating?

Leopards will also roll in animal dung.....maybe the car had been driven through some dung on the road which had sprayed up from the wheels on the side door and rear of car and this was interesting to the leopard.

Extraordinary!! Do you know the people in that car africawildlife.nl, or were they just driving in front of you by chance?

They were driving in front of us. The leopard was so relaxed. We've spent about 30 minutes with the cat. Awesome sighting.
