Here is a photo of the Klipspringer on the koppie at Shabeniloop.
What do you think of the lenght of its horns? Looks like a record size.

On a recent trip to Kruger, we came across two klipspringers, a male and female, near Malelane. The strange thing is, they were very far from any mountainous regions, which is where klipspringer usually are. They were in a big hurry, so I had no time to photograph them... :(

We saw a klipspringer on the rocks by the Shipandani hide. He stood dead still for over 20 min. We watched him the whole time and started wondering if it is not maybe a statue. Then we saw a leopard about 20m away from him and realised why... Image

I have seen them often on the H4-1 at Lubyelubye and also keep your eye out at the Kruger tablets on the H 1-2

Augrabies Klipspringer country, an amazing place with the most beautiful nature en great wildlife. We saw lots of klipspringers and even the black Eagle. We were there in Juli so that the Falls were not that big but still very impressive. Look at the video what we saw. 8)
