Orpen Service excellence helps to ease the pain

Unread postby Dupacc » Wed May 08, 2013 9:37 am

During August 2012 we started planning and made reservations for our dream holiday in KNP: a LST3 in Tamboti, a BD2V in Olifants, and a LST2U in Lower Sabie during May 2013. And when our final payment was made in February, we started our countdown.

However

On Saturday, 4 May, the day before we were to depart for KNP, our eldest son became very ill. The following day I called Orpen gate to inform them we will not be coming. Since it was a Sunday, I could not call Central Reservations. On Monday, 6 May I called again and to make a long story short, Mrs Rose Maluleke and Mrs Serakane Keetse from Orpen assisted me in changing our reservation to March next year. :gflower: :gflower: :gflower: :gflower: Thank you!

I am also glad to report that my son was discharged from hospital yesterday and he is looking much better today.

We trust God and pray for a complete healing.

So glad to hear your son is on the road to recovery. Always a very scary and worrying time for parents. :gflower: Also terrific that you could reschedule your visit. :)

Great job ladies of Orpen camp!
