Hesther Van Den Berg

My parents and I were highly looking forward to making a Kruger booking for August 2013, in the only week my father could take leave! We needed a handicapped friendly unit for my mom, and frustration began to mount as the answer repeatedly came back "all the handicapped units are booked up"
The same answer for Berg en Dal, Skukuza, Pretoriuskop, Lower Sabi, Satara, Biyamiti - all who have units for the handicapped Could this even be possible ... that all the handicapped units have been legitimately booked up 9 months beforehand

After being advised by Dinkybird, I sent an email to Tannie Hesther Van Den Berg, but I had very little hope that anything could be done To add to this, there was the issue of re-arranging people's bookings due to the floods.

Yesterday I get an email with our client code, of a handicapped friendly guest in cottage in Skukuza for 3 nights, a a handicapped friendly perimeter bungalow at Letaba for 5 nights We are so overjoyed that we can have a family trip to Kruger next year A sincere thanks to Tannie Hesther who took the time to look at my request in this busy time, and secure a booking to our needs where it was previously impossible.

She also saved our booking in March 2011, when there was a bit of a muck up!!!
