Impossible to purchase wildcard

I have tried to purchase a wildcard for a couple 4 times now over a period of a month. However I get 'Technical failure 10032' right at the end of the process every time.
Contact via email resulted in the advise to buy one at a gate. But then I still have to complete the forms online or don't I. And this constant error is not reassuring.

Sorry about the problems you are having vindenstok. I will pass this on to the technical people.

Which park are you going to first? You should be able to purchase at the gate and fill the online form in later to get your Wild Card sent. At the moment that seems to be the best option.

I have a similar problem. I purchased my International Wildcard in Berg-en-Dal on 18/11/13. When I returned to the UK I visited the Wild Card Programme Membership page on the SANParks website. That page directed me to update my details but the page displays the following error:

Error: Please contact the call centre to update your details, as this function is not avaialble online.

I thought it may be a fault had occured that may not be resolved until after the holidays but now suspect that is not the case.

My question is how does a UK resident update my details to obtain my Wildcard? I would be happy to email but reluctant to call.
