Cannot update my card info, need help!

Hi everybody.

I hope someone can help me. In December my wife and I bought an international wild card in the KNP. We did not get the card but the form that is proof of payment. Back home in the Netherlands I tried to update my information but I see that my email address is misspelled, so I cannot update my info. I have filled in the contact form several times but get no response from SANParks. In June we are going to visit SA again and I would really like to have the card then, because I read that sometimes the proof of payment form is no longer accepted at the gates.

Welcome to the parallel universe known as the Wildcard system :evil:
Seriously though, your confirmation letter will still be okay to use on your next visit. I am sure saraf will be able to help you with your problem in updating your details in the meantime.......stay tuned. :thumbs_up:

Same problem - bought at Mopani on 6 April 2012 and have been trying to update contact details ever since but don't get an authorisation code!!

I had the same problem and didn't receive my card for ages.
I was given the following emails to contact joeps@sanparks.org
He was brilliant and passed my details onto where they needed to go. I got my card 6 weeks later.

I got an email from Kanyisa, on of the supervisors. I filled in the form she sent me and got the confirmation letter within ours. I am now waiting for the card that will be posted within a few weeks.
