Hi everybody.

I hope someone can help me. In December my wife and I bought an international wild card in the KNP. We did not get the card but the form that is proof of payment. Back home in the Netherlands I tried to update my information but I see that my email address is misspelled, so I cannot update my info. I have filled in the contact form several times but get no response from SANParks. In June we are going to visit SA again and I would really like to have the card then, because I read that sometimes the proof of payment form is no longer accepted at the gates.

Seriously though, your confirmation letter will still be okay to use on your next visit. I am sure saraf will be able to help you with your problem in updating your details in the meantime.......stay tuned.

Same problem - bought at Mopani on 6 April 2012 and have been trying to update contact details ever since but don't get an authorisation code!!

If you fill it in, scan it and return to the email address on the form. If you can't open it please PM me your email address and I can send it to you.

I had the same problem and didn't receive my card for ages.
I was given the following emails to contact joeps@sanparks.org
He was brilliant and passed my details onto where they needed to go. I got my card 6 weeks later.

I got an email from Kanyisa, on of the supervisors. I filled in the form she sent me and got the confirmation letter within ours. I am now waiting for the card that will be posted within a few weeks.
