Since my last visit October last year. I Have (I thought) filled out all relevant forms to get my new Wild Card and still no sign of it. OK, I could use the confirmation letter if I was visiting again soon, but it would be nice to actually have possession of the card I have purchased before October 2012!

Could be a long time before you get it suej.

I purchased my card on 1 November last year, updated my details a.s.a.p. and then nothing.
About a week or 4 ago I received a call from the Reservation house as they wanted to check my details and, I thought, squared away everything, but as I checked my details yesterday, just a hunch, I found out that they were all mixed up again.

So check your details again to just make sure.

Still waiting for the authorization code that I asked for yesterday morning! I thought those things were authomaticly issued

I got my current Wild card towards end of July;
I updated details and printed out the letter on 2/12/2010;
In view of other mites details not being recorded or being incorrect, I checked mine;
Parts of email address and phone number came up;
I managed to get to fill in full form and re-enter all details without authorisation code.

Other than Wildcard confirmation letter and booking confirmations, I don't receive emails or magazines from Sanparks or even Infinity when they were active!

I would really like to see the magazines. The last one I collected was winter 2010 as Spring mag. was not ready on my last visit. Yes, I would love to get to Kruger more often. Cape Point only had very old mags available.

Most of our cards will expire before new ones get issued! Only 5 months left of pre-takeover (Infinity) cards.

I have also updated my details as soon as it was requested from SANParks last year. In fact I have done that twice and went to KNP during September 2010 (after renewal of my Wild Card) and in February 2011, each time using my confirmation letter together with my old Infinity Wild Card, which were accepted. After I have read the posts on this thread, I decided to check my details again. Believe it or not, no details whatsoever in my postal address area! I do, however, receive the Wild magazine in my post box regularly, but no new Wild Card up to date.

That sounds like someone steeping out and going the extra mile.

Had that call too a few weeks ago, but still have not received it. probably on it's way to Haiti by now.

Is that a case of going the extra mile or just somebody doing their job correctly that they get paid for? Which ever is the case, thumbs up to you , more people like this are needed.

Three different authorization codes arrived, two were wrong..................

No address
Telephone number: wrong
Nationality: wrong
Country: wrong
Partner's details absent
"International Province / State not entered.

Suburb not entered."

We don't have those things Which means that I have to invent something, just to make it go through

Just had a look at my wildcard details:
- address was missing
- nationality wrong

I really don't know how things like these could happen! The wild card magazine has always been sent to the right address.

So I filled the details all in again and hope that this will result in getting the wild card !

Never had these problems with Infinity!

Also checked mine again, address also missing etc. And I know it was done and correct before as I have a confirmation letter from Nov last year with the address etc on it. Now am half way through this subscription and still not received the card? Come people, this is beyond a joke now. There is no exscuse for poor service like this.
