Hi everyone. I have just been informed by one of my colleagues that Bruce Bryden, ex ranger of the Park has passed away last night, due to malaria.
Those of you know, will remember that he spent a great deal of his life in The Park.
He wrote the book- A game Ranger remembers

My deepest condolances to his family.

We all salute this great man. He is respected throughout the world today in many, many circles

My condolences to his family and friends. Our thoughts are with you in this time of sadness!

Although all I know about this man is that wildlife and Kruger was his passion for many moons (written down in his book, in simple words.) May he be an encouragment for many of us!

My deepest condolences to his family :(

I was priveledged to attend a course with Bruce Brydon and was enthralled by a man who was passionate about wild life and a character who was larger than life.

His very, very charming wife was also there and my heart goes out to her and her family in this difficult period.

The conservation cause in Southern Africa is poorer today.

Condolences to Bruce's family and friends. You are in my prayers and thoughts.
