Wonderful pieces of art here!

Is there an extra topic for quilts? If yes, I didn`t find it...

Anyway, here`s an African quilt from my mother - thought I post it here.

Hi All,

I'm so glad I stumbled on this Subject. I would like to add my pics on the Gallery. Is the address "diannet@sanparks.org" still the correct adress to send it to.

I love doing wildlife and landscapes. At this moment I'm doing one of ellies on skin for my son in law. It will still be a while before it is finished, but I will post it here for you to see. I still have to learn to post pics, but I'll get there.

Hi All

I am also a part-time artist (new Forum member) who has just discovered this topic. We visit the Kruger at least once a year so that I can take photographs for my paintings.
There are a few examples on the Public Art Gallery - added before I became a Forum member.
It is wonderful to see there are so many artists that are just as passionate about wildlife and art as I am!

Tigs which album on the public gallery is yours. Send me a pm if you don't want to reveal your name on the forum.

My forum avitar is one of my paintings, but being so small one cannot actually see what it is so heres the big one.

Its titel is The Tempest.

Gitane, that email address is not the correct one anymore.

Why not post some pics of some of your art here? As long as it is SANPArks related.

I am sure everyone would love to see them.

Hi Tigs

Your paintings on the public art gallery are are really great - the detail wow! I love the Zebra.
What medium do you use? Why not post some more here?

Maybe if we can get more forumites interested we can organise an exhibition to raise funds for a Sanparks project.

Work mainly in acrylics

Yes, I agree. An exhibition to raise funds for SANParks is a great idea!

Hi Tigs,

We exhibited together for quite a few times already. I like your work on the gallery. Your other work is also stunning.

Gitane,
You can send pics of your art work to
gallery@sanparks.org

The rules for submissions are here:
http://www.sanparks.org/tourism/sightings/

I think just mark your email as Submissions for the Public Art Gallery.

I look forward to see some of your work there.
