Sorry - no pics Haupie - for sure of tomorrow tho.

However, an update for you all!

The braai was wonderful.

Weather perfect.

Lots of laughter. And a wonderful warm spirit of friendship. And everyone so pro forum

It was wonderful to see old friends again and meet new ones, and also to meet many SANParks folk that we rely on for info for the forums etc.

Nedret welcomed everyone and introduced us to the SANParks team that the forum falls under. We just missed Themba, who had to stay home because he is ill. Rey, Zax, Mel and Eric as well as Pieter were there from HQ

All those attending this evening have been given a really special treat. Everyone who wishes so, has put their name in a hat from which 6 names will be drawn at 07:50 at the sports field. Those 6 people will each be treated to a flip in the SANParks Bantam piloted by Section Ranger, Steven Whitfield, first one taking off at 8am on the Golf Course!

How is that for a special treat for forumites   Thank you to Steven and SANParks!

Bedtime now - the camp is very quiet. An early start tomorrow - so watch this space!

GOOD MORNING from Skukuza!!!

We have been blessed with perfect weather!

The angels were in the nets really early to practice!

Those who were drawn for the flips are being flown around

Hey SD and all you US mite - rules of cricket are pretty simple

Rules
You have two sides, one out in the field and one in.

Each man that's in the side that's in goes out, and when he's out he comes in and the next man goes in until he's out.

When they are all out, the side that's out comes in and the side thats been in goes out and tries to get those coming in, out.

Sometimes you get men still in and not out.

When a man goes out to go in, the men who are out try to get him out, and when he is out he goes in and the next man in goes out and goes in.

There are two men called umpires who stay out all the time and they decide when the men who are in are out.

When both sides have been in and all the men have out, and both sides have been out twice after all the men have been in, including those who are not out, that is the end of the game!
