 Post subject: Wildcard online renewal question / problem

I attempted to renew my Wildcard online, I and my hubby are South African, living in South Africa, and all our details are up to date and correct. However, when I click on 'renew now' I get an error message that all fields need to be filled in. The only field that was not filled in were the passport numbers for the both of us. Am I to conclude that South African residents cannot renew ones Wildcard online without furnishing Wildcard with passport numbers?

What screens would that be? After repeatedly getting thrown out of my account in firefox, I went to Explorer. Once I had got past the multiple pages to log into my account - 1st one the login - 2nd one added info because for some reason it said that more than one account was found for me - 3rd one then wanted more info -confirmation of cell number and email addy-, then I actually got logged in. All my member details were on one page that I could scroll down... ie name, ID number address, date of birth etc... then same for partner ... then same for child. Is this the page you want screen shots of?
