Shame...these giants are cute in their own way. Great image, Jan. :thumbs_up:

Then there are these guys - terrapins. A lesson one can learn from a tortoise or a terrapin for that matter is 'that one will only move forward if you stick your neck out'.... :hmz:

Brilliant image, Jan. I agree, they are quick and really test your skills. :thumbs_up:

I have observed that the Jacana and the Blake crakes are also not very fond of one another as there are occassional battles...here is "the family" busy looking for food...
