Hi, I will start here a videotrip through KrugerPark that I filmed in December 2012 and January 2013. I have about 20 ours of film and Yvonne took about 18000 photo,s. There was a lot of tension in the park and animals were quite nervous. We had heatwaves and lots of rain. On the end of our trip we were in Olifants camp and heard the terrible news about the flood and about the disaster wat was happening with Shingwedzi camp. The only road that we could drive was the road between Olifants and Phalaborwa so we had a save trip home. Yvonne and I think a lot of all the people that faced the danger of the flood and about the hole Krugerpark that changed completely. We only filmed and took photo,s of the Olifants river that was swollen into a big river. We hope you will like our videotrip. In the first video, you will see some moments of our encounters with the wildlife of Krugerpark.

Thanks for your nice comments. Before we go to the next camp video [Shingwedzi], I like to show you the rain and flood in Kruger on the end of our trip. We were staying at Olifants [high and dry] and we saw the swollen Olifants river and that was very impressive.

Our next camp, "Shingwedzi" in better day,s. One of our most favourite camp. We didn,t see much game. Maybe the animals did expect the floods to happen, as animals can sense many things long before humans can. Even the Elephants were gone. Still I made some nice footage of animals so enjoy the Shingwedzi trip into the bush and her wildlife.

Our next camp is Punda Maria. Some weeks before the flood. It was very dry and the animals were skinny by the lack of food. We didn,t see much game but enough to make this video.

Thanks for your nice comments. Our next camp was Letaba for 2 nights. We didn,t see much game but I think that that has something to do with the weather. We had a lot of rain but this was some weeks before the floods. Hope you enjoy this video. Next camp will be Satara. 8)

Loved all the videos - all the music was so appropriate.

I have done videos of all my trips and its something similar to yours - have burned them to DVDS - I know the time and effort it takes to put it all together, so a BIG thank you for sharing.

Did it take long to download each episode to the forum, and did you have to first transfer it to another site eg photobucket or similar?
Hi fee, thanks for your comment. I don,t download my videos to the forum. I only put the link of my videos from YouTube into the forum. Very simple.
