Hi there,

We booked some accomodation a while back however the choice was limited. Better bungalows have now come up and we would like to amend our online booking online if possibe. The only option appears to be cancel. Last year we were able to do it but the system is now different. I have been advised to email reservations by other mites but it says you can amend online. What am I missing

Would love to share some pearls of wisdom, but I have the same problem. If you cancel it online, you might lose out entirely! Will watch this thread to see what can be done!

When we have needed to amend something we usually just go to the Park offices. I don't know where you stay but the offices at Cresta in Johannesburg are great. The staff are fantastic and can sort out everything while you are there. Like i said though not sure where you are. You can try phoning them as well.

I would also like to know about this option!
It so happens that at busy times like school holidays and long weekends there is little availability so waiting till an office opens could well result in losing the booking!

As far as I can remember when I did it, you select review existing booking,you can then add to the itinerary, once you have selected the new accomadation you would like it takes you back tyo the review existing booking screen before you check out.

You can the cancel the other type of booking, you will see it refelcts the dates for each different camp you will be at. You need to click on the arrow next to the one you would like to cancel. it then expands so you can cancel that accomadation or even just remove days instead of cancelling together.

Well, that does sound feasible, but I am still rather reluctant to try it.

Agree with kevjones, why not just go in person, or give one of the offices a call?
