Not visiting the park until Monday...........waiting to be double sure our little Atos can manage the dirt roads!! :thumbs_up:

...Thanks for the update the level of water has really dropped drastically to what it was. Things slowly returning to normal.

Amazing to see what the force of water can do.....Steel structures just twist and bend. :shock:

Sure that when you go back into paradise on Monday some of the dirt roads will be open again. :think:

Hope there is not more rain forecast.

Most of the dirt roads are open around here, Trrrp, but with only a little Hyundai Atos, we want to be sure we don't get stuck!! :whistle:

Yes, out of control water can be very frightening at times. :shock:

. Yes, you have to make sure that the dirt roads are fine before you try out the Atos on them :hmz:

During Sept 2011 whilst we drove along the S3 from Skukuza to Phabeni gate, we came across two British visitors in a little Ford Focus, who got stuck in one of the drifts along the way for about 2 hours before we arrived :shock:

. (No cell reception). Luckily for them I had a towing rope in the bakkie and could retrieve the car from the mud it was stuck in

. We then drove with them for the rest of the way to make sure that they don't get stuck again :thumbs_up:

Hey Val, thanx for keeping us updated on the waters, riverbeds, roads ect, it's like having our own inside information service.

Must say, everything is looking so clean and green, except for the roads and bridges....
