Near Batulama there is a lioness feeding on a baby bokkie. We meet a German tourist here and he was really ecstatic having seeing the kill :D

across the road another lioness and two lions just sat and looked at the lioness feeding.

Another sequence of awesome lion sightings and then a special sandgrouse sighting to complete yet another great day in KTP    .

It would be great if we could also see some of these unbelievable sightings during March. Might just take some lucky packets with :hmz: .

Thanks so much for sharing  .

Finally caught up again Sharifa! Those Cheetahs are just so very special! And the awesome Pygmy Falcon and Swallow-tailed Bee-eaters! I also love the picture with the Wildebeest and Sprinbok at the waterhole! Gorgeous pictures!

What a beautiful pair of Namaqua Sandgrouse! They look like ornaments to me! :D

Great Lion sighting! I'm glad the German tourist saw the kill, because it must have been on his wish list to see a kill of some sort. Great pictures once again!

Looks like mum (?) was eating while the offspring hat do look on.

I'm pretty sure we saw that little pride at Auchterlonie
on our very first day back in October. I thought it was mum with
her almost full grown offspring (wonder, what happened to dad?)

Shame though that I never got a photo of that beau, only of his brother.
He's still nice, but definitely not quite as handsome.

Very true Esther  Having seen a birth of a springbok last year made me cry and then to see a little one being eaten is sad but a part of the cycle

The lions were really spoilt, first with the eland and now with the little springboks :)

Easy meals, both.
