Hi Larissa,

We've just returned from Maroela camp on 4 Jan. Saw cheetah at the T-junction to Tamboti/Maroela on the last day.

Take a drive to Talamati area and Sweni road (Welverdiend dam) as well and not only the S100. Spotted a leopard there and lion cubs on the S36 near Hamilton camp.

Wish you lots of amazing sighting and time in Kruger. Love to see you report back and send my regards to Maroela.

Day 2 continued...

Crossing the Sand river, we came across our first "kill"....

While many cars passed us, we watched as this Giant Kingfisher sat down after catching his fish. He then went on to hit the fish against the tree branch, until eventually he swallowed it!
