I agree with your Ouma. A hot drink in the morning is essential. :) Mine is tea. Love your elephant photos.  When they flap their ears it is a clear message to back off, which is what I do.
I don't think I could handle a queue as long as that. :x

You had a dogon good sighting of those dogs man, and I love your I cant see you, you cant see me attitude. It reminds me of how hippos put their heads behind a bush when you shine the light on them on a night drive.

Cheetah I am back and catching up on your wonderful report sipping my coffee and munching on an Ouma rusk for extra Nostalgia! Not that I would ever dunk a real Ouma into coffee!!

Okay here I am and catching up But this could take a while as you saw so much

Mighty Brutus sure is a big boy how I wish I could see him.

Cheetah you know my love for the painted dog and how lucky you were to see so many at one time!!! Thank you for the wonderful pics! I will dream of seeing them next time I am in Kruger!!

Scary bull Ellie, good thing you didn't get that close I hate it when they do that, it freaks me out.

Hey cheetakie I have just read your entire TR and once again buddy its stunning your writing style always has me in torrents of laughter! As for your ouma lol well you aren't alone my gran and grandpa used to do the same thing to us as kids and for 90% of the time in the car they would fight my gran would say 'emrys your driving too fast with a lap on his leg' and gran dad would reply with 'oh doll im not driving fast at all' and gran would reply with a noise she used to make with her tongue 'babla babla babla babla' it was a riot listening to them all the while trying to find animals!! As for my gran well i remember she slapped me thru the face on one trip because i got hysterical because an elephant was charging us lol well those are times that i will never forget! As for your sightings BRILLIANT those doggies and leppies are gorgeous I am ver jealous I still haven't found the doggies ai just wish they will show themselves to me one day again! One thing I will say James your kruger spirit is like mine I don't care who I have to kick out of bed at the crack of dawn to be able to see the animals lol as for driving slow that's what I enjoy my mother doesn't get how they can arrive at Satara and we only arrive 3 hours later well duh mom we were driving at 20 to 30km p/h! Glad to be back and reading your TR's again :D:D
